We are seeking a driven and talented Business Analyst to join our Group Functions team in Switzerland.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to collect, document, and refine business requirements, ensuring clear alignment with project goals.
  • Data Analysis: Examine data to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
  • Action Follow-ups: Take ownership of action items, ensuring timely and successful completion of open tasks.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the bridge between departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring all parties remain informed and aligned.
  • Project Implementation: Lead the execution of solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure the achievement of milestones.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 
  • 2 to 7 years of experience, preferably in Procurement or Commercial Excellence.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is a strong advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for first-principles thinking.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of articulating insights and collaborating across teams.
