We are looking for a Working Student - Digital Communications (60-80%) to join our team within our Group Functions division to help us take Sulzer to the next level.

We're looking for someone eager to grow their skills in web content, internal communications, social media, and more – and to support us in crafting, editing and distributing compelling messages on all channels.

 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Support the digital communications team with organizational tasks
  • Publishing and managing content for our website (CMS)
  • Manage group Outlook accounts and external platforms
  • Project management support; leading smaller projects for digital communications
  • Support in creating and publishing content for social media and internal communication channels 
  • Monitor and manage data and reports (Social Media, Google Analytics, internal communication channels) 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and content creation
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy: basic knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools is an advantage
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team setting
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills and take on creative challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English & German, any other languages are a plus
