Join our Finance eam within Group Functions in Switzerland as Senior Project Manager, Finance to help us take the Finance Function the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Identify key areas for improvement in Finance, and deliver solutions to streamline and simplify organizational structures, processes and systems.
- Act as a project manager for the full cycle (project design / planning / execution / control / follow-up), in close collaboration with the Finance Leadership Team, other functions and third parties.
- Manage resources, budgets, risks and dependencies whilst ensuring positive team dynamics and information sharing.
- Deliver effective change management across divisional and regional structures, to ensure the full benefit of measures taken.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in in Business or Finance, with 10+ years of relevant work experience having managed large Finance projects for a listed corporate or in a consultant capacity (strategy and implementation), ideally both.
- Exposure to Finance ERP (SAP FI/CO, MSDx) and/or Finance consolidation and reporting systems (Tagetik or similar products) highly desired.
- Depending on the project, the person needs act in a purely coordinative role (for geographically distributed teams including third party vendors), or act in a hands-on capacity.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to follow through on complex projects from idea to implementation.
- Ability to effectively interact with people across all levels within an organization.
