R&D Technician - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

We are looking for a R&D Technician Bio-polymers to join our Research and Development team in Oberwinterthur.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support R&D engineers in the commissioning of R&D pilot plants for the production of bio-polymers and bio-monomers.
- Participate to continuous trials of the pilot plants operating in shifts (around 10 days per month)
- Support R&D engineers in the improvement and preparation and pilot plants
- Be responsible for the order and maintenance of pilot plant equipment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety in the piloting facilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Technical background as a chemical production technician
- Practical experience on field with chemical plants and ideally pilot plants
- Willingness to work in a dynamic R&D environment
- Experience in safe operation practices
- Good user skills in MS-Office
- Good knowledge of English (German is a plus)
- Team player and outgoing personality with a precise way of working
