As Product Manager for Customer Service Agreements (CSA) and Digital Solutions you are responsible for the development, implementation and management of customer service agreements - which include related digital solutions - in line with the division and product line strategies. You assume full accountability for the strategic and competitive set-up of our customer service agreements portfolio, as well as sales and profitability of CSAs in all the regions.


Join our Global Business Excellence department within the Services Division in Winterthur and help us to take Customer Service Agreements to the next level. 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Developing the CSA strategy, including the respective digital solutions, and defining the roadmap for implementation 
  • Building a CSA portfolio from scratch, collaborating with Business Development, Sales, Marketing and other core functions to identify customer needs (VoC), defining and prioritizing product requirements, defining core values and global positioning, working out the details of the offering incl. delivery model
  • Defining requirements for digital solutions and collaborating with Group Digital and external partners for development
  • Supporting the sales organization with marketing materials, sales tools and trainings
  • Establishing processes and tools to increase productivity in the service delivery
  • Managing transformation from transactional to contractual business, customer-centric approaches and value-based pricing
  • Driving global sales of CSAs, monitoring performance in different markets and taking corrective actions as needed
  • Monitoring service market in own and similar industries with CSAs to understand trends in customer needs and offerings, conducting competition and market analysis


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international B2B environment
  • Proven product management experience
  • Understanding of global markets and customers, preferably knowledge of the power and/or oil & gas industry
  • High competence in project, change- and stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to present and influence on all levels externally & internally
  • Structured and highly customer-oriented approach; ability to position products/services against competitors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to garner consensus and obtaining stakeholder buy-in on new and/or complex ideas
  • Available to travel up to 25% of the time
