HR Technology Specialist (Temporary) - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

We are looking for a HR Technology Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Switzerland, on a temporary basis for 1.5 years.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Global HR team by maintaining and optimizing our current HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) while we implement our new global HRIS system. This fixed-term position focuses on ensuring that our current HR technology landscape operates seamlessly during the transition. Your main focus will be on system integrations and execution of processes for recruiting, performance management, salary review, and bonus calculations. It offers an excellent hands-on opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute directly to the success of our global HR operations.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support for our HRIS system, ensuring it remains functional and efficient during the transition to our new global HRIS system.
- Work closely with Global HR CoEs to ensure seamless execution of Performance Management, Recruiting, Salary Review, and Bonus Calculations throughout 2025, supporting these critical HR processes with accurate system configurations and functionality.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the system, managing service tickets to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Support system configuration, user access management, and compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
- Monitor ongoing system activities and report on issues, improvement opportunities & “quick fixes”.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to document existing processes and workflows, ensuring accurate knowledge transfer during the system transition.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in HR technology and contribute to the smooth operation of global HR systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or other related field - and/or relevant certifications welcome.
- Proven ability to handle, clean, and manage large datasets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, with technical expertise in modules such as compensation, recruiting, and performance management.
- Awareness of data protection regulations and the ability to maintain compliance in system operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially MS Excel; familiarity with coding (e.g., SQL, HTML, VBA, XML) is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skills; able to adapt quickly to new systems, whilst supporting ongoing technical needs; strong team player and willing to collaborate effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
