Join our Finance team within the Chemtech division as Manager Finance Projects to drive key controlling projects and to support the Division CFO with your contributions.
In this role you will be accountable for:

Chemtech Ambition 2027 – PMO controlling

Establish monitoring capabilities and measurement rules & process for initiatives of Chemtech’s strategy

Jointly with Head PMO, stress test goals and plans as well as continuously monitor progress

Tagetik Implementation
-
Take divisional lead for the ongoing migration from current consolidation tool SAP-BPC to Tagetik, targeting to automate data flow from SAPct to Tagetik

Ensure implementation timeline set by Group Finance will be achieved on time and with the required level of quality

Closely interact with and steer Global Key Users FI/CO as well as the legal entity Key Users

Identify key deliverables and ensure identification and timely implementation of appropriate solutions

NWC Project project management

Perform analyses to show identify NWC improvement areas

Jointly with key stakeholders, define NWC improvement measures

Establish monitoring process and regular review rhythm

Conduct NWC trainings for finance and non-finance people to foster awareness

Chemtech BI & steering model
-
Participate and support BI project which is integral part of the Chemtech Ambition 2027 to improve navigation and pro-active business steering

Perform ad-hoc requests to ease division financials understanding
To succeed in this role, you will need:
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
-
5 - 8 years of experience in Finance & Controlling preferably in a global manufacturing company

Strong understanding of financial concepts (esp. value creation, NWC management) and financial reporting processes
-
Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
-
Excellent understanding of integrated ERP, preferably SAP, and business intelligence tools
-
Fluent in English, German is a plus
-
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-
Pro-active and self-motivated mindset, high integrity
-
Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once

Location: We are based in Winterthur, in one of the tallest buildings of Switzerland.
