Join our Legal, Compliance and Risk Management  team within Group Functions division in Switzerland as Compliance Specialist / Supporter to help us take the Compliance Organization to the next level. The role is available as per immediately, on a temporary or temp-to-perm basis.


In this role you will be accountable for:


  • Supporting Group Compliance projects
  • Following up on requests regarding company`s compliance program (regular as well as ad-hoc reviews and audits) on the part of customers, suppliers, and other third parties
  • Acting as communication hub between internal and external stakeholders, at HQ as well as abroad
  • Collecting and analyzing compliance data
  • Preparing compliance material, draft and /or create answers to inquiries


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Legal and compliance education, graduate or undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Previous work experience in compliance or legal environment desired but not mandatory
  • Good communication skills (English/German), both written and spoken
  • Structured way of working, able to prioritize and stay focused
  • High level of engagement and resilience, positive nature and good sense of humor
