Join our Services EMEA team within Services division in Germany as Operations Manager Service Center Germany (m/f/d) to help us take our Service Center Organization Germany to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • operational P&L responsibility for multiple Service Centers / Stations and International Field Service
  • developing and maximizing Sulzer’s operational service capabilities and customer orientation
  • developing and implementing operational growth plans in line with the regional strategy 
  • participating in improvement projects / initiatives in Europe and North Africa region (ENA)
  • attracting, retaining and developing talents with required skills in line with strategy and growth plan.
  • ensuring health and safety in the Service Center Organization Germany.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • strong technical expertise (typically achieved through Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Engineering)
  • minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in operations management within an engineering services or technical engineering environment
  • strong people management / leadership skills
  • high level of customer / service focus, initiative, and self-motivation
  • results-oriented / problem-solving mindset
  • fluency in German and English language
