Join our CT_Process Plants team within Chemtech division in United States as Project Manager, Process Plants to help us takeProcess Plants to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • All aspects of the project execution, after the project is transferred from Sales, until the goods are successfully installed according to contractual requirements and the final invoice is paid.
  • Ensuring a complete and accurate scop of supply is defined.
  • Supporting the Sales and Process departments preparing technical proposals.
  • Reviewing Sales/Process files for completeness and liaise with Sales/Process/Customers to close any gaps.
  • Claim management, manage project cost and 3rd party PO issuance/invoicing, customer PO and contract review.
  • Assemble/assign internal project team.
  • Arrange/lead internal and external kickoff meetings.
  • Develops and manages detailed project progress schedule; manages quality and documentation plan and coordinates FAT.
  • Purchasing equipment and services from 3rd party vendors as well as other CT business units.
  • Coordinating installation and commissioning activities per contract (SAT).

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years' Project Management experience with similar systems business in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience managing 10-20 million-dollar projects
  • Knowledge of contract management requirements, terms and conditions of sale, and incoterms
  • Familiarity with industry standard specifications such as ASTM, ASME, API for skids, vessels, and pumps
  • Cost management and general business management knowledge
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong relationships and experience working with global fabricators
  • Experience with complex mounted skid systems (minimum of three different systems per skid) involving heat exchangers, pumps, pressure vessels, etc.
  • Ability to travel
