In the Water & Industry business unit, we support customers across the full lifecycle—from capital equipment supply to aftermarket services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in water and industrial effluent management.

 

This role focuses on aftermarket services in the Industry segment, particularly industrial effluent, helping customers optimize performance, reduce downtime, and meet environmental compliance.

 

Your Role

  • Drive growth and profitability by managing Sulzer’s aftermarket service portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with industrial clients, identifying key accounts and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service operations and product sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to shape service strategy.
  • Lead service campaigns, manage lifecycle of service offerings, and ensure commercial success.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience in service engineering, sales, or project management—ideally in pumps or industrial water systems.
  • Experience in construction or mine dewatering applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Business acumen and curiosity for new technologies.
