Sales Operation Manager - Full Time - SingaporeSingapore

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  •  Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and resource allocation.

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to sales leadership. Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to maximize their effectiveness. This may include developing sales collateral, providing training on sales methodologies and tools, and implementing sales enablement technologies.
  • CRM Administration and Optimization: Oversee the utilization of the CRM (Salesforce & Qliksense) system. Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with sales processes to maximize the value of the CRM platform. Support roll out of new sales initiatives on these tools if any.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for optimization.
  • Sales Territory Management: Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, intermediaries and quotas. Monitor territory & intermediaries performance, make adjustments as needed, and provide input to ensure equitable distribution of opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales-related initiatives. Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to address issues and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales organization. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and enhance sales operations.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Assist sales leadership in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Collate input from sales & business developent on market trends, competitive analysis, and sales tactics to inform strategic decision-making.

 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 

  • 5+ years experience in sales, marketing or sales operations functions in related field of Electrical/mechanical industrial equipments & services will be added advantage
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or similar role
  • 2-3 years of hands on experience with software tool including but not limited to CRM system such as Salesforce.com , Qliksense and business intelligence tools (Tableau & Power BI)
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies & CRM System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional team
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics tools, CRM system (Salesforce & Qliksense will be added advantage) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends & competitive landscape
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time regionally.
