Join our team within GSF division in Sulzer Singapore Ltd as HR Generalist to help us take our business to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support Head HR in the development and management of an effective and responsive human resource function.
- Involve in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies & procedures and initiatives.
- Act as a HR Business Partner in providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units in delivering effective HR management
- Assist in the managing of the full spectrum of HR functions including, internship program, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement.
Support the effective and timely onboarding of new hires and help in the relocation/transfer matters if necessary - Handle pre-boarding, on-boarding, transfers and exits.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR administration.
- Create, update, and maintain profile in SAP system, SUCCEED & eP-files.
- Manage training programs and ensure that training objectives are met.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes, and programs that aligns to company's objectives.
- Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and other letters.
- Manage the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes and related passes.
- Apply for work passes for work pass holders and dependent passes timely
- Supporting the performance appraisal.
- Assist to provide a timely reply to employees on queries related systems, claims, leave, benefit, etc
- Manage employees/business learning and development.
- Address all employees’ requests and grievances in timely manner.
- Effectively communicate to employees on the staff movement updates, prepare organizational circulars, organizational charts
- Support corporate HR initiatives and programs
- Any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Degree in HRM or equivalent
- At least 10 years' of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced environment,
- Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
