Applications and Sales Engineer - Full Time - Singapore, Singapore
Join our CT_Process Plants team within Chemtech division in Singapore as Applications and Sales Engineer to help us take our business to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare technical proposals and commercial tenders
- Interface with customers and monitor progress of projects
- Co-ordinate projects with head office, regional offices and agents

Visiting and presents Sulzer portfolio to the customers

Prepares internal handover meeting

Process simulation (value added)
- Prepare and co-ordinate all proposal activities with Regional Offices and Local Headquarters
- Prepare price calculation and tender documentation

Work closely with cross-functional departments (process engineering, project management, shipping/logistic) and suppliers/subcontractors to prepare cost estimates for engineering studies, process equipment and complete plants.
- Ensure that the specifications offered to the customer are within the capability and capacity of the company
- Ensure that the customers’ requirements are adequately conveyed and reflected in proposal
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3 - 6 years of sales and customer services experience preferably in Chemical & Petrochemical / Oil & Gas industry.
- ProII / Aspen Simulation Program is optional, but not mandatory
- Microsoft Skills
- Distillation theory
- Fair knowledge of chemical separation processes knowledge
