We are looking for a/an WIBU Korea_Application Engineer / Sales Support _2025 Q4  to join our FE_WIBU  team in Korea, Republic Of .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

1.    Works closely with outside sales, internal colleagues, distributors, consulting engineers, or others to develop understanding of the specific needs, challenges, and requirements for their applications
2.     Developing tailored commercial proposals, including product selection, sizing, and configuration, to meet customer needs. 
3.    Providing guidance, installation support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 
4.    Prepare tender documents for consultants
5.    Working closely with sales teams, research and development teams, and other internal stakeholders
6.    Creating technical documentation, user manuals, and other resources for customers. 
7.    Maintaining Salesforce is up to date on a regular basis
8.    Acceptance, review and preparation of orders into ERP
9.    Follow up payments (Cash & Down Payments) before delivery 
10.    Arrange logistical movements (Sea /Courier & Air Freight)
11.    Issuing invoices and closing invoices
12.    Raise purchase orders for manufacturing units and local suppliers.
13.    Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

1. Good communication skills
2. Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking.
3. 3-6 years’ experience with centrifugal pumps in a similar position. 
4. Knowledge of market and familiar with process is a plus
5. Comprehensive knowledge of pump types and characteristics, select suitable pump products according to work condition requirement, familiarity of relevant product standards
6. Experience with Microsoft Office Products, SAGE 300, Salesforce CRM.
