Join our team within Service division in Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Malaysia as Workshop Coordinator to help us take our business to the next level. 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Managing a projects and workshop services job. This includes coordinating with various teams, sub-vendors, preparing schedules and ensuring adherence to Sulzer quality standards.

  • Create detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure technical accuracy and clarity for project scope.
  • Proactively communicating project information to stakeholders and monitoring progress to address potential issues for timely delivery.
  • Leading repairing and services activities. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, project plans, and progress reports. Coordinate with engineering teams and document control to ensure proper change management, document transmittal, RFI etc.
  • To prepare budgetary and quotation inclusive DIRA, repair and spare parts services.
  • To prepare complete service report to end user.
  • Follow up and monitoring external sub-vendor progress to ensure job executing is carried out according to time frame.
  • Station at project location without compromising his core duty in the workshop.
  • To assist the superior for other matters relating to service & repair.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Robust understanding of engineering principles and the project execution process.
  • Familiar with API 610 pump. 
  • > 5 years work related experience mainly in repairing pump equipment
