We invite you to apply if you are ready to take the next step. Join our Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Malaysia team within Flow Business Unit division as Temporary Service Technician (6 months contract).

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. To carry out the service repair of the Sulzer equipment at workshop and on-site installations at customer /supplier site.
  2. To carry out the jobs in accordance with safety guidelines by Sulzer and the customer at customer site.
  3. To carry out the works in accordance with Supervisor instructions and in compliance with Sulzer policies.
  4. To provide technical support to customer in the workshop and site.
  5. To provide technical support to sales personnel if request.
  6. To provide complete service report to service supervisor to prepare service quotation to customer in the shortest time.
  7. To ensure all service and repairing works, on site installation works are carries out timely within SULZER quality guidelines.
  8. To assist Service Supervisor and Workshop Foreman for other matters relating to service & repair
  9. Any other work instructed by Management from time to time

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:-

 

Education requirements & Job Experience

 

  • Certificate in any technical courses either in Mechanical or Electrical, or minimum SPM with at least 5 years work related experience mainly in repairing pump equipment or site installation works
  • Competent/Certificate in Confined Space issued by NIOSH is required
  • Own valid driving license GDL, and willing to travel within Malaysia, and outside Malaysia
