Application Engineer - Full Time - Santiago, Chile

Join our Industry team within Flow Equipment division in Chile as Application Engineer to help us take tendering to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Prepare technical proposals and commercial tenders. Carry out tender reviews and order reviews
- Interface with customers and monitor progress of projects
- Co-ordinate projects with local offices and global factories
- Handle technical clarification for all proposals.
- Ensure that all technical and commercial specifications are received, clarified and agreed with customer at order stage
- Prepare price calculation and tender documentation
- Follow-up projects monthly and update Sales Force daily
- Control all correspondences and documentation relating to project
- Arrange project handover meeting with Project Management and Engineering for larger projects and non-standard projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 to 6 years minimum experience (sales & customer services) in Industry Segment
- Centrifugal pump knowledge
- Engineering experience
- Microsoft skills
- Excellent oral & written English. Spanish would be advantegeous.
- Business travel (30%), Chile and South America Region
