Andean Region Sales Manager - Full Time - Lima, Peru

We are looking for a/an Andean Region Sales Manager  to join our FE_WIBU  team in Peru. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the Water and Industrial Business Unit in Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia. This position requires a strong commercial leader with a deep knowledge of the region, industry specific market dynamics, and a hands-on approach to sales execution. In addition, the position includes full administrative responsibility for the branch in Lima, Peru, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the Water & Wastewater; Industrial Business Units, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding market share, acquiring new customers and strengthening key account relationships.
  • Lead, manage and support local sales teams and distributors, ensuring high performance and alignment with regional objectives.
  • Manage regional budget, P& L, and operating costs, ensuring efficiency and financial health.
  • Supervise office staff and ensure alignment with corporate culture and performance standards.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment, industrial solutions or related sectors
  • Strong knowledge of the Andean market and experience managing sales in multiple countries
  • Demonstrated experience in growing revenue, managing key accounts and leading high performing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication and strategic planning skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus)
