Join our Services_AME  team within Services division in United States as Planner to help us take {Sulzer} to the next level. 

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Buying for shop supplies as required to maintain daily operations
• Manage vendor industrial supply accounts, ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Create purchase orders for shop floor maintenance and inspection services
• Manage Gagepack calibration management software, ensuring timely calibration of tooling, inspection of critical infrastructure. Schedule calibrations with outside vendors
• Perform monthly distribution of maintenance record logs for quality and safety
• Perform weekly production safety walks, highlighting risks and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Perform reviews of complete repair documentation for quality control
• Coordinate daily shop toolbox talks with Sulzer QESH team distributed topics
• Lead weekly safety meeting and monthly continuous improvement meeting
• Detailed record keeping for QESH documentation as required for ISO, and retrieval during internal and external audits
• Performs other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Two (2) years professional buying experience in industry required; pump industry or machined parts experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in an industrial setting
• Experience with computerized procurement systems.
• Experience in quality and safety management, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
