Join our team within Services division in Australia as Mechanical Fitter Apprentice to help us take Sulzer the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Employ fault finding methodology for turbine and pump repair
- Stripping and survey pumping and turbine equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition in accordance with QA procedures
- Carrying out pressure testing of pumps to ensure functioning correctly
- Rebuild pumping and turbine equipment in accordance with applicable standards
- Support and encourage personnel development through organized training regimes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Interest in engineered pumps
- Work experience or expressed interest in rotating equipment
- Dedication to working in a safe manner always
- High level of organistion
- Solid work ethic
