Are you ready to lead the charge? We're on the hunt for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Sulzer Australia's Rydalmere Service Centre. You'll be overseeing a talented crew of approximately 10 Electrical Fitters, Tradespeople, and Apprentices. If you're skilled with AC/DC Electric Motors and thrive in a hands-on role, then this is the role for you! 🔧

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and overhaul electro-mechanical equipment 🔄
- Collaborate with management to meet targets 🎯
- Mentor and develop team members 👨🔧
- Ensure health and safety compliance 🛡️
- Quoting and estimating jobs 💼
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Trade Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field 🔌
- 5+ years of experience in the repair and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery 📋
- Demonstrated experienced in a Supervisory or Leadership position 👷♂️
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills 💬
