Are you wired for success? Sulzer Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Fitter to join our powerhouse team at the Rydalmere Service Centre. Role Highlights:
- 🛠️ Repair and maintain LV & HV electrical rotating machinery with precision and finesse.
- 🔧 Assemble and disassemble electrical rotating equipment like a boss.
- 🧪 Conduct static and dynamic tests on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- 🔄 Rewind electric motors and generators (bonus points if you're a pro!).
- ⚖️ Perform balancing on motors to keep things running smoothly (extra kudos if you're an expert!).
- 📦 Keep the goods flowing with timely ordering when required.
- 🕺 Take direction from your Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- 🏢 When required, attend onsite to conduct effective repairs of electrical rotating equipment.
What you need to succeed:
- 🎓 CERT III in Electrotechnology or above / equivalent.
- 💼 Experience in repairing and rewinding DC motors, medium to High Voltage electrical motors, and generators.
- ⏱️ Excellent time management skills to keep things on track.
- 👥 Stellar teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
