Lean & Development Manager - Full Time - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Facilitate practical collaboration with the target-specific aim of increasing productivity, OTD, Safety standards, Quality improvements & Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Review C.I. plans and cost-saving projections of the Factory, challenging where necessary and identifying additional continuous improvements wherever possible.
  • Develop, record and formally document new developments arising from C.I. practise within the Factory and have available to share with other Factories.
  • Provide training material & templates in line with SPS / Lean BU templates.
  • Collaborate directly with Factory Function Heads and BU Management.
  • Support preparation of annual SPS / Lean Roadmap for Factory.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Degree in Mechanical,Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
  • Languages: English - Arabic.
  • Technical knowledge of pumping equipment or rotating equipment in general.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
