Industrial Engineer/Lean - Full Time - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • To support, execute, and report on business process improvement initiatives across relevant areas of the business.
  • To contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement through the application of Lean tools and the implementation of the Excellence System.

 

 Your main tasks and responsibilities:

 

 

  • Adhere to all company policies and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement.
  • Facilitate Lean workshops and improvement events using PDCA and A3 methodologies.
  • Coordinate and schedule Kaizen events and ensure required resources are in place.
  • Develop and update reports on Continuous Improvement activities, participation, and projected needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align and communicate process improvement goals.
  • Lead 5S, ensuring workplace organization and efficiency through audits, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Lead GEMBA walks to observe processes, engage teams, and identify improvements.
  • Perform Lean studies using tools such as Spaghetti Diagrams, SMED, VSM, and 5S. 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s in industrial Engineer or equivalent.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Competent with MS-Office.
  • Competent with MS-Outlook.
  • Good understanding of Lean manufacturing tools.
  • (Kaizen, PDCA, A3, Visual Management, SIPOC, Swim Lane, 5S, TIER, VSM, Problem Solving)
  • Analytical skills.
  • knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
