We are looking for a Process Engineer - Process Plants  to join our CT_Process Plants  team in India .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Perform process simulations for systems including distillation, extraction columns, evaporation, other unit operations.  

  • Assist Sales by participating in pre-sales meetings with prospective customers including technical presentations.

  • Participate and review in timely development of technical and process part of proposals and Flow diagrams as per requirement of business.

  • Participate in project kick off meetings.

  • At post order stage prepare basic engineering data sheets and process flow diagram and PIDs. 

  • Perform commissioning of plant and deliver the performance as engineered.

  • Follow ISO procedures while performing job and design procedures.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech – Chemical Engineering.

  • Experience: Overall experience 5+ years in plant engineering/piping and instrument design. Software functions esp process simulators like Aspen / Pro-II / Chemcad / Hysis, HTFS / HTRI.

  • Competencies: Sulzer product know-how, service sales management, customer service orientate. 

  • Technical skills: Mixer, heat exchanger, reactor design, plant construction.

  • Workplace:  Kharadi, Pune.
