We are looking for a HR Lead - India GCC to join our GF_Human Resources + Payroll team in India .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead all Talent Acquisition for India GCC.
- Set-up the physical premise along with Best People practice in accordance to Sulzer standard.
- Best Talent Development & Talent Retention interventions to stabilize GCC.
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with Global stakeholders spanning across Sulzer world.
- Satisfaction & experience of setting up GCC- Make In India for the world.
- Strategize & Lead all Talent Acquisition efforts as per TAT & Business plan agreed with Global managers.
- Work actively in anticipating any issues in TA plan/ supply issue/ comp planning.
- Making new GCC physical premise ready along with local Project Management Team & Global GRE team.
- On-boarding of all employees from May 2025 onwards with best practices around mass onboarding.
- Maintain job & competency requirements of all positions.
- Build Best Talent Development & Talent Retention interventions to stabilize GCC.
- Design employee development & engagement policies.
- Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey & lead in implementing findings of the exercise.
- Organize & lead annual HR Business process & standard employee life cycle processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualification: MBA – HR

Experience: Overall experience 8-12 years.

Expertise: GCC set-up expert, TA & development champion
