We are looking for a Global Travel & Expenses Program Manager - Pune  to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting  team in India .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Serve as the global administrator for SAP Concur Expense or other T&E platforms.
  • Manage global configuration, policy alignment, system upgrades, and integrations with financial systems (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
  • Lead the implementation of enhancements and new modules, ensuring regional needs are addressed.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to employees and stakeholders across regions.
  • Analyze T&E data and trends to drive cost savings, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Ensure Concur platform is aligned with internal travel & expense policies and regulatory requirements globally.
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the global corporate credit card program, including card issuance, user management, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for card usage, reconciliation, and reporting.
    Oversee integration between credit card feeds and SAP Concur, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.
  • Monitor cardholder compliance and resolve exceptions and escalations.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Procurement to ensure robust internal controls and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain global T&E and corporate card governance frameworks.
  • Lead global initiatives to harmonize processes and ensure consistent policy enforcement.
  • Regularly assess and benchmark program performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership on program KPIs, trends, and recommendations.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in T&E management, SAP Concur administration, and/or corporate card program oversight in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of global expense policies, audit and compliance, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP Concur administration and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, especially with credit card providers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, VAT/GST rules).
  • Certification in SAP Concur administration (a plus).
  • Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational corporation.
