Document Controller - Full Time - Pune, India

We are looking for a Document Controller  to join our CT_Project Delivery & Supply Chain Management  team in India .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Support in setting up the Document Management system at Sulzer based on Internal and Customer requirements.
  • Tracking and updating of the documents based on the project requirements
  • Copy, scan and store documents.
  • File, manage, store, retrieve and share documents with team members as applicable from e-mails/ records.
  • Assistance in technical documents lifecycle management and final documentation (e.g. manuals, MDB, Project Data Books, documents related to projects).
  • Distribute project-related documents to respective teams.
  • File documents in physical / digital records as applicable.
  • Create templates for future use.
  • Retrieve files from EDMS/ server as requested by Team members.
  • Prepare cover sheets/ top sheets templates for documents like project drawings, calculations as per client format & to upload on client server.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Should have hands on experience working in chemical or oil & gas projects involving documentation control for complex projects involving multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Familiarity with project management cycle
  • Familiarity with any EDMS packages like M-Files.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Data organization skills.
  • Any graduate with 5-7 years of total work experience.
  • Work Location: Kharadi, Pune
