We are looking for a/an Application & Sales Manager  to join our CT_MTCS  team in India .
 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Client contacts for product / solution presentations, meetings etc. 
  • Design customer specific static mixer solutions for complex projects.
  • Create and file tenders by coordinating and collecting the contribution from the support from Indian colleagues, agents in the region  / country, project managers, engineering department, purchasing department, quality department, legal  department and logistics department.
  • Lead the order winning process for the territory under discussion. 
  • Negotiate tenders for customer specific static mixer solutions.
  • Ensure contractual legal compliance to Sulzer standards.
  • Acquire and maintain design knowhow (process and mechanical).
  • Maintain regional reference lists.
  • Prepare sales documents, presentations and training material for sales personnel.
  • Collect regional market information (market intelligence).
  • Establish and maintain contacts to process licensors, key customers and EPCs.
  • Represent Sulzer at industry conferences and technology forums.
  • Provide input for development of CT products (solicited and unsolicited) to the relevant forum (PAM mixers, TFTMM).
  • Search for new applications and uses for CT products.
  • Generate MIS for assigned area/scope of work on monthly basis.
  • Leading a team of sales and application managers. 
  • Managing the agents in the region (MEA).
  • Development of team and its members to take up more responsibilities.
  • Deal with Global Mixer Teams for Sales association.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • M.E/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 8-10 years of work experience.
  • Competencies Required: Product know-how, Service sales Management, Customer service orientate.
  • Knowledge of Mixer, heat exchanger, reactor design, plant construction.
