Job Title: Finance, Analytics and Data Transformation Lead

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Finance, Analytics and Data Transformation Lead to join our team in Mexico City. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced and transformative environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage finance-related processes, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the successful execution of finance transformation projects.

As a Finance and Analytics Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in finance and analytics to drive data-based decision-making, support business process optimization, and help guide the implementation of automation tools. Your project management skills in finance transformation will be highly valued, alongside your proficiency with databases and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Transformation Project Management:
    Coordinate, manage, and execute finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Facilitate meetings, track project timelines, and provide key insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:
    Work closely with business teams to analyze and optimize finance-related processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methodologies used in finance reporting and analysis.
  • Financial Data Governance:
    Oversee the governance of financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Manage master data within financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    Develop and manage financial reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Qlik. Provide actionable insights to finance stakeholders to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Tool and System Expertise:
    Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools (e.g., Tagetik) to enhance financial reporting capabilities. Leverage BI tools to improve analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools. Serve as a trusted advisor for finance teams, providing strategic input on reporting, process improvements, and finance-related initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance consulting, transformation projects, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and CPM tools (e.g., Tagetik).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) is highly valued.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create visually impactful presentations.
  • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, with a focus on process optimization and automation.
