Join our Services_AME  team within Services division in United States as Service Center Manager to help us take Sulzer to the next level. 

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Planning, managing and coordinating all functions of the service center to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
• Providing leadership and direction to all service center coworkers
• Assisting the Regional Manager in organization implementation and execution of sales efforts to meet forecast
• Participating in formulation and administering of company policies and developing long range goals and objectives to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
• Coordinating coworker development activities/training to assure continued long-term productivity
• Working with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop long-term business relationships and contacts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Ten years of experience in pump services business
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop and foster a team environment
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related field , or equivalent education and experience
