
Position Responsibilities:
- Receive Inventory parts and enter into system
- Inspect, clean (as needed), record part numbers & photograph
- Perform basic QC checks / measurements on equipment received, according to defined specifications.
- Ensure physical counts match system counts
- Remove and ship parts as required
- Assist in annual physical inventory counts
- Assist in managing and maintaining scrap metal bins and other miscellaneous responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Observe Company Safety Policy and Procedures; follow and support all STS Safety Policies and ISO Procedures
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of Shipping and Receiving/Storage area
- Communicates with Department Manager and other supervisors to aid job scheduling
- Ensure all employees are focused and effectively working on task assigned by Department Supervisors
- Help resolve Shipping and Receiving issues, ensuring thorough inspections and quality shipment reach their destination
- Review inspection documentation for thoroughness and accuracy
- Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents
- Do not undertake activities that have not been risk assessed, or where an assessment is not available or understood
- Report any instances of spillage, uncontrolled exposure or other related safety issues to their line manager
- Ensure the correct use of waste segregation facilities and the efficient use of natural resources and raw materials

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Requires minimum 2+ years’ Rotating Equipment experience
- Prior Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Time management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work overtime when necessary
