Pump Fitter - Full Time - Perth City, Australia

We are looking for a Pump Fitter  to join our Services_EAPA  team in Australia .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Employ fault finding methodology for pumps repair
  • Stripping and survey pumping equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition in accordance with QA procedures
  • Carrying out pressure testing of pumps to ensure functioning correctly
  • Rebuild pumping equipment in accordance with applicable pump standards
  • Support and encourage personnel development through organized training regimes

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Experience in engineered pumps
  • Experience in steam and gas and turbine
  • Work experience or expressed interest in rotating equipment
  • Dedication to working in a safe manner always
  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
