Electrical Supervisor - Full Time - Perth City, Australia

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Services_EAPA team in Australia .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee inspection, repair, and overhaul of HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment including motors, and generators.
- Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
- Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent.
- Western Australia Electrician License (Preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in repair, rewind and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage others and manage a team.
