Electrical Fitter - Full Time - Perth City, WA

Join our team within Services division in Australia as Electrical Fitter to help us take Sulzer to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • The repair of LV & HV electrical rotating machinery
  • Assemble and disassemble electrical rotating equipment
  • Conduct static and dynamic tests to electrical equipment
  • Perform Balancing on Motors (desirable)
  • Goods ordering when required
  • Take direction from Supervisor to ensure day to day section runs effectively
  • Attend onsite to effectively conduct repair of electrical rotating equipment

 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years in the repair and rewind of DC motors, medium to High Voltage electrical motors and generators - Required
  • Attention to detail - high commitment to quality
  • Dedication to always working in a safe manner
  • State issued Electrical Licence/permit
  • Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitting - Required
