We are looking for a/an Field Service Scheduler  to join our Services_AME  team in United States.  

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Schedule Management:
    • Maintain and update technician agendas and schedules daily
    • Monitor changes and communicate updates proactively to all stakeholders
    • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Facilitate coordination between Field Service, Sales, and Admin teams
    • Act as the main point of contact for M.P.C. (Maintenance Planning & Coordination)
  • System and Tool Utilization:
    • Use online scheduling tools to manage and reflect technician availability
    • Ensure systems reflect accurate job status and workload transparency
  • Coverage Planning:
    • Adjust schedules and responsibilities when key personnel (e.g., FSC) are on vacation
    • Reallocate workload to ensure continuity of operations
  • Field Service Representative (FSR) Availability:
    • Maximize utilization of FSRs through effective scheduling
  • Assign available FSR time to:
    • Sales support and client calls
    • Pro bono services and training initiatives
    • Internal improvement projects for the Service Center (SC)

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination in a service or technical field preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and online collaboration platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
