We are looking for a/an Field Service Manager (2)  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Cost Estimation (Quotes) & Work Scope Definition:
    • Develop and define the scope of service and create comprehensive work plans based on scope outline provided by Sales
    • Generate and provide timely budgetary quotations based on work scope
  • Sourcing in Key Locations:
    • Identify and recruit personnel and resources in strategic locations to support Field Service Operations
  • Project Management Quoted/Assigned Jobs:
    • Ensure adequate job resource planning for parts, material, labor, etc. in coordination with Sales and FS Scheduler
  • Field Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for FS Representatives in field as required
    • Leverage internal Engineering resources to support technical issues as they may arise
  • Technical Gap Analysis / Training:
    • Conduct technical gap analysis and implement training programs to improve team skills and performance
    • Development and documentation of SOPs
  • Lessons Learned / Continuous Improvement:
    • Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Proven experience in Field Service Management or related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical gaps and implement training solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
