We’re looking for a dedicated Office and HR Administrator to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both our office and HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR records
  • Manage office supplies, visitor systems, and phone management
  • Coordinate training, annual leave, and absence tracking
  • Provide general admin support to HR and senior leaders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a generalist HR role (HR qualification preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
