We’re looking for a dedicated Office and HR Administrator to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both our office and HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR records
- Manage office supplies, visitor systems, and phone management
- Coordinate training, annual leave, and absence tracking
- Provide general admin support to HR and senior leaders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in a generalist HR role (HR qualification preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
