Hydraulic Lead - Engineering - Full Time - Navi Mumbai, India

We are looking for a Hydraulic Lead - Engineering  to join our FE_Energy  team in India .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Facilitate seamless transfer of new product technologies between Sulzer India and global design centers in Germany, USA, and Switzerland.
  • Ensure alignment of local manufacturing capabilities with global design standards.
  • Lead the performance analysis and evaluation of newly developed pump series.
  • Define and oversee activities from pattern creation to final pump performance validation.
  • Collaborate with global design teams to approve pump models based on performance results.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Work experience:  15+ years of experience, in Centrifugal pump hydraulics and design of pump field including API standard.
  • Expertise (e.g. professional, technical):  Must have hands on experience pump hydraulics, problem solving, Pump testing, knowledge of all API type of pumps, Basic knowledge of 3D design software. Experience in UG NX & Teamcenter will be an added advantage.
  • Education: Level: BE Subject: Mech. Certifications: - Any relevant certification will be an added advantage
  • Software skills: CAD Software (AutoCAD, Inventor, UGNX), Microsoft office suit
  • Soft skills:  Team player, Leadership traits, Business communication, Problem Solving
  • Other: SAP knowledge (experience preferred)
