 Project coordinator- full time - MoscowRussia

Join our PM team within RES division in Moscow as project coordinator to help us take our projects to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Managing projects for spare parts supply /retrofit/repair of rotating equipment;
  • Control and coordination of project execution within the terms specified in the contracts, control of projects budget;
  • Monitoring the compliance of project results with contract specifications and the implementation of project deadlines (tracking from the moment of placing an order to delivery to the customer on the site / provision of services);
  • Direct interaction with customers and suppliers (Sulzer factories and external organizations);
  • Work on warranty cases (organization of repair/additional delivery/replacement of equipment);
  • Record maintenance of project support documentation;
  • Reporting on ongoing projects and communication with headquarters.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical degree;
  • Relevant experience in a similar role >5 years (preferably at international production company);
  • Knowledge of Incoterms ;
  • Communication and negotiations skills;
  • Responsibility, initiative, independence, ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Fluent English;
  • Russian citizenship;
  • To be MS Office advanced user.
