Join Chemtech - (Tower Field Services division) within the ERA Region based in Middlesbrough UK, as our Accounts Assistant to help us further develop our processes, so we can drive the accounting and controlling processes to the next level.


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Processing of all day to day AR transactions (inc Credit Control & Credit Screening)
  • Processing of monthly transactions (inc Debtors reporting, KPI Tracking)
  • Commissions Receivable processing and payment reconciliation
  • Complete customer reconciliations and issue of Customer Statements
  • Point of contact for SAP Customer data maintenance
  • Assisting the Controller in processing transactions for the business
  • Main link between Entity and Centre of Excellence

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ideally a qualification in accounting (AAT)
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable (FI/CO)
  • Previous AR/Credit Control experience is essential
  • Proficient/ Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience of creating and running financial reports
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills/ Managing internal stakeholders
  • High degree of accuracy
