Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Create, review, and modify service profiles to improve accuracy of department.
  • Complete Action Dispatches with instructions, budgeted shop cost, and quotation language.
  • Execute the proposal generation for parts sales and completing sales orders.
  • Revise or create adder proposals based upon inspection results or in-process work scope changes.
  • Manage the storage / archiving of the proposals and related information within TSF system.
  • Provide updates on customer projects. Serve as liaison between operations and ASM/ISR for updates regarding deliveries and customer service issues.
  • Manage the release of all project scopes and project hand-offs to the operations group(s).
  • Familiarize with the GG4 & FT4 Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), becoming proficient in finding, identifying, and recognizing capital and consumable gas turbine inventory items.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Time management skills.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
