Join our Services_AME  team within Services division in United States as Document Control Administrator to help us take Turbo Services Margate Service Center to the next level. 


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Responsible for answering phones and internal communication between customers, employees and the overall facility.
  • Responsible for filing documents (TWI’s, reports, completed PO’s, packing list, etc.) in respective folders.
  • Prepare documentation for the department; both for internal use, as well as for customers.
  • Submit completed Turbodoc packages to Customer Service Department to be forwarded to the customer.
  • Responsible for keeping up with turbo docs, doc numbers, and revisions on spreadsheet.
  • Upload all pictures from jobs once job is complete.
  • Prepare, maintain and update ISO Manuals & Documents through Entropy.
  • Responsible for ensuring all company and employee QC tools/standards are calibrated in accordance to internal specifications.
  • Maintain calibration documents for the shop and enter data into Gagepack.
  • Create purchase orders for supplies, calibrations and repairs.
  • Create and maintain all project job files.
  • Support in maintaining office supplies for the shop and production team and shop. 
  • Scan all calibration certs, QPI meeting forms, shop safety walks, toolbox talk sign in sheets, welding certs & files in folders.
  • Assist HR with any necessary information or documentation needed from the Dept.
  • Perform clerical duties as needed for the Division.
  • Provide support to Shipping & Receiving and Purchasing with scanning, saving and handling all needed documentation in the ERP System
  • Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.



To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PDF/ Overall high functioning computer and software systems experience.
  • Experience with D365 and/or similar type of ERP systems a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
  • Experience in administrative functions supporting a services-based business, preferable in an Industrial setting.  



Working hours are typically  7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday.  However, it may be required that the position work after hours and weekends based on workload and shift coverage.

Location: We are based in Margate (FL).
