Role Highlights:
✅ Lead technical overhauls of steam and gas turbines on-site
✅ Provide expert guidance to site teams during overhaul practices
✅ Assist in outage planning and management
✅ Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
✅ Travel opportunities throughout APAC region
Key Duties:
🛠️ Perform fact-finding and condition assessments on turbine components
📝 Prepare HSEQ documentation and assist with outage planning
🔧 Advise on tooling requirements and assist with preparations
📊 Support outage scheduling and estimation processes
🤝 Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
📑 Prepare detailed reports post-overhaul activities
Job Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
🔩 Minimum 10 years' experience in Gas or Steam Turbines
🛠️ Completed OEM backed training on turbines
💡 Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices
👨👩👦👦 Strong leadership and team motivation skills
🔧 Experience in large maintenance outages and commissioning projects
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
