What you will be doing day to day:
- ✔️ Follow strict safety procedures and use appropriate protective gear.
- ✔️ Utilize manual lathes up to 100t, with comprehensive training provided.
- ✔️ Operate milling machines and borers proficiently.
- ✔️ Read and understand complex mechanical drawings.
- ✔️ Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies.
- ✔️ Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects as required.
What you will bring to Sulzer:
- 🎓 Trade Certificate III Fitter and Turner.
- 🛠️ Experience in mechanical machining of large equipment (pumps, fans, gearboxes, turbines).
- 🤝 Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- 🔄 Proven ability to work in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
