What you’ll be doing:

✅ Maintaining and updating electronic databases, including finance and job costing systems
✅ Managing purchase orders (POs) in Dynamics ERP, tracking status, and allocating them to jobs
✅ Preparing and reconciling creditor invoices for approval and entry into ERP
✅ Following up on outstanding debtors as requested by the Works Manager
✅ Supporting job booking, cost administration, and document compilation for projects
✅ Handling correspondence, filing, archiving, photocopying, and laminating as required
✅ Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitor reception
✅ Managing stationery supplies and office inventory

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

4-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
✔ Experience working with ERP systems and managing databases
✔ Strong organisation and communication skills – both written and verbal
✔ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
