Website & Digital Marketing Specialist - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a/an Website & Digital Marketing Specialist  to join our Chemtech team in Spain to own and elevate our digital presence, leading impactful website projects and driving performance through SEO, UX, and broader digital marketing initiatives. 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Review and update website content for the business unit within the division, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and utilize website community to contribute to required changes
  • Manage and implement the pipeline of website changes, from request intake to rollout.
  • Lead new website developments from design to rollout, coordinating with headquarters and other divisions.
  • Optimize website structure and content to support SEO goals and maximize traffic and leads.
  • Monitor performance with analytics and SEO/SEM tools, providing reports and actionable insights.
  • Support in setting up and executing digital campaigns, coordinate activities with the team, contribute to content preparation, and measure performance.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • 3-5 years of related experience in digital marketing or website management.
  • CMS management (preferably Sitecore).
  • SEO (technical and content), SEM.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to manage website content.
  • Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).
  • UX/UI best practices for websites and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus.
  • Database understanding
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
