We are looking for a/an System Manager Global Digital Procurement  to join our GF_Group Procurement  team in Spain to manage and maintain all Global Digital Procurement Systems and to define the scope for continuous improvement.

 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Managing and maintaining systems within the Global Digital Procurement environment
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process
  • Collect business needs and define the scope as well concepts for continuous improvement of systems and processes within Global Digital Procurement
  • Increase Procurement Productivity by converting manual activities into automated processes
  • Training, mentoring, coaching and direction setting within the Global Procurement Team
  • Working cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
  • Drive Projects along with the Digital Procurement Strategy
  • Ensure that all systems and processes are used along the processes defined

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education and Experience:

    • University degree in computer science or related field
    • 5-7 years of experience in a technical environment
    • Practical experience in data analytics and computational sciences
  • Knowledge Requirements:

    • Fluent in English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and SharePoint
    • Experience with Business Intelligence Systems and SAP (Microsoft Dynamics is an additional advantage)
