We are looking for a/an Senior Sales Engineer Energy&Infrastructure  to join our FE_Energy  team in Spain .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Acting as main contact for all sales related activities for certain customers in the territory as specified by the Sales Director for the area of responsibility 
  • Support the management with the development plan and support the establishment of annual sales budgets, timely monthly RFCs and Company’s sales objectives
  • Attendance of sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant information from assigned area is available to the Management as required
  • Ensure that SULZER’s CRM system is updated on a regular basis
  • Assure profitable growth in the sales territory
  • Create and maintain close customer relationships
  • Review, manage and interpret customer enquiry documents and specifications, support overall tender process
  • Coordinate with customers for resolution of technical and commercial queries
  • Liaise effectively with our global network of manufacturing plants to ensure we provide the best offering and service to our clients
  • Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Conduct the Project until it is handed over to the different Sulzer factories
  • Facilitate communication between Spanish clients and Sulzer factories during project execution
  • Continuous monitoring of changing Market Segments, target customers, & Competition

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in related industries, especially in Oil&Gas BusinessFamiliar with API standards
  • Customer orientation, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills at any level of the customer base
  • Self-motivated,  self-organized and naturally driven to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish is a must
  • Availability for travelling in Spain and abroad
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes 
  • Being a creative thinker
